”We were, all the team in a magical day of circus activity. We started on the ground with many balls and assignments, seemingly simple that turned out to be quite challenging in terms of coordination and skill, but also required a different way of thinking. We continued to practice aerial elements – on the ground, in the air, together and one by one. It was a powerful and empowering experience on both a personal and on the team level. There was no need of too much talk, since through the exercises insights become so apparent and clear.
