Workshops
Custom workshops in Circus ArtsFor personal and organizational growth.
What do we do in our workshops?
We invite participants to raise their awareness
to the possibility to create the reality in which they live and work.
Within companies or organizations we usually focus on the following:
Creativity within the organization, risk management, leverage and an empowering confrontation with challenges and change, facilitation of breakthroughs, communication, management and leadership, teamwork and learning processes, to name but a few of the themes we touch.
How do we do this?
The workshops are custom tailored for organizations or groups we work with. After having been contacted by an organization, we usually forward a questioner that enables us to get to know better the organization and its needs. Conversations by Skype or phone follow. Together with the staff responsible for training we build the dates, content, and format of the workshop. We then prepare the experience we wish to propose to the participants based on our experience and the requests made, to get maximum value and results.
An encounter with us is fun, challenging, inspiring and creative:
Participants powerfully get the awareness that they have the freedom, and what it takes to create and lead the lives they choose. Through the experience of games and various circus arts: juggling and aerial, trapeze, vertical rope and silks, acro-balance along with various other expressive media.
Why we do this?
We believe Contemporary Circus to be a powerful tool for change. For audiences who see performances, as well as for people who experience the practice of Circus Arts in any shape or form. Circus for us, is a living concept and a way of life, it is a way to search and express truth. It is our way of making a difference in the world and in the lives of people we come in contact with.We endeavor to bring as many people to circus as circus to people. We do this through artistic creation as well as in training people to live a creative life. Be it at home or at work.

How does it work?
The work includes games, a physical worm up, basic acrobatics, when appropriate, juggling practice and aerial practice.
The exercises are carefully chosen for the content we wish to work on, we sometimes incorporate work with texts, visual and plastic arts when we see fit.
This practical work is complimented by intervals for feedback and discussion of the exercises proposed, thus delving into the relevance of the experience to everyday life and challenges.
What are the technical requirements?
A hall with the minimum height of 6 meters and a minimum of 4 hanging points that can hold 400 Kg of weight, each. (A security engineer needs to clarify this possibility in advance and approve the rigging when done) .
Usually Gymnastics halls have everything we need for the rigging on the rings and climbing ropes hanging structures, provided they are well equipped and maintained, circus schools usually have what we need too.
